摘要：
Generative reproduction (seed production, germination, onthogeny) of Ephedra distachya has been investigated on the relict locality. Simultaneously, germination and seedlings development in ''ex situ'' conditions has been observed, while in natural community (''in situ'') no positive reproduction has been observed. On the contrary, in the laboratory conditions high germination degree and good development of seedlings has been recorded. Chromosome number 2n (4x) = 28 was confirmed.
