Ethics in organizations from the christian point of view

Ethics is about the interaction between people and how this interaction affects other people. Ethics includes a set of principles that try to guide the individual's behavior while living in society. Once that is in the work that the human being normally spends most part of his time, this paper presents the ethics subject in organizations and in the job market, but form the Christian point of view. More specifically, this text is about how a Christi person should behavior yourself in the organizations nowadays.
