摘要：
A grave socio-psychological problem (that is often overlooked by the national press) is discussed due to the modern scientific and technological progress in cyberspace. The negative effects of abnormal pas-times are considered in detail, as well as the patterns of deviant behavior on the web that are characteristic of Internet addicts (adults and children) and the prevention of Internet addiction disorder.
