摘要
Phytochemical study of Atraphaxis frutescens from natural populations of Siberia is carried out. Higher content of tannins (up to 16,3%), carotenoids (up to 152,4 mg%) and pectins (up to 0,9%) is revealed in leaves, in comparison with inflorescences and stems. The content of protopectins in the studied populations is unequal: A. frutescens from Novosibirsk region contains major portion of protopectins in inflorescences (up to 3,2%), whereas from Altai region and the Republic of Tyva - in leaves (up to 7%). The inflorescences of A. frutescens contain more catechines (up to 3,8%), than leaves and stems. The six phenolic compounds (chlorogenic acid, quercetin, kaempferol, rutin, isoquercitrin and astragalin) were identified in the leaves of A. frutescens by HPLC method. Extracts from A. frutescens leaves from the Republic of Tyva differ in presence of the rutin and other additional compounds, and also higher content of chlorogenic acid, astragalin and kaempferol.
