摘要：

The article raises the question of organizing the environment at the Medical University in the context of quality education. The effectiveness of training depends on the adaptation of the foreign students to the university environment. The study results that are submitted, define the basic conditions of the environment, which influence the adaptation process and aim at students' adjustment to the university environment.
