摘要
The following is a report of sonographic findings of fetal hydranencephaly in evolution. The findings are not similar to those of the usual case of hydranencephaly where there is an absence of supratentorial tissues. Because of the presence of disorganized intracranial tissue in the midst of disorganized fluid-filled areas, our working diagnosis was intracranial tumor, most probably teratoma.1-4 However, autopsy revealed that the disorganized supratentorial tissue demonstrated on ultrasound represented infarction of previously formed brain tissue.
