摘要：
The article discusses the crisis in Russian studies of U.S. foreign relations and diplomacy. Unfortunately, the analysis seems to be left to political scientists. In order to overcome difficulties we should improve coordination between various Russian research centers and foster academic exchange between Russian and American historians.
