Lymphoma of the testicle is the most common testicular neoplasm in men over sixty years of age, but usually represents a secondary manifestation of systemic disease. This case report describes the rare phenomenon of a synchronous, primary bilateral lymphoma of the testes Stage Ie) occurring in a sixty-eight-year-old man. © 1990 Cahners Publishing Company, A division of Reed Publishing USA.
