In the moments that speak of globalization and a society whose relations are increasingly complex, public administration should be studied with the elements that characterize it in the United Contemporaries and their importance to community life. With a distance of more than 200 years, starting from its foundation in science in 1808 with the play " Management Principles " of Juan Carlos Bautista Bonnin; and discipline his character on " The study of public administration " of Woodrow Wilson in 1887.
