摘要
This work emerges from an analysis of the needs identified in the field of e-learning training in the business setting as well as from the review of the literature. The primary objective of this work is to design, implement and evaluate a program aimed to develop competencies in e-learning mode. For that, first, the present work, proposes a background on which to base a program for competencies development in e-learning. Secondly, it designs a specific methodology that could serve as a model for other experiences; for this purpose, the Development Program Competency Management Teams (PDCGE) has been specifically designed in e-learning. Thirdly, it evaluates the implementation of PDCGE in an organization whose employees are geographically dispersed, using a quasi-experimental design, pretest-posttest, which allows to contrast the results of the experimental group compared to a control group. The PDCGE is applied directly to 15 people with more than 700 employees who have benefited indirectly from the program. The scores were higher in subjects who participated in the program. The subjects scored the PDCGE highly and outline the improvement of their competencies by participating in it.
