摘要
The purpose of this article is to interpret the elements that constitute the social action of recent graduates for the development of competences. The conceptual apparatus came from the contributions of Perrenoud, Habermas, Sacristan, Rockwell and Aguilar. The interpretative strategy proposed by Zamora Calzada y Garcia Millan was used to clarify the object of study in order to research on Education, procedure based on the social hermeneutics. The meaning and significance that most new teachers give to the social action in their teaching practice for the development of competences are characterized by a series of target strategic actions and attitudes to favor knowledge issues in detriment of the understanding, which slow down the development of competences in the Basic Education ( Primary school teaching).
