摘要
This article shows the results of research on the culture of entrepreneurship as a tool to develop citizen competencies and teamwork in kindergarten-level children of an educational center in the city of Medellin, Colombia. To this end, a qualitative paradigm was used with a hermeneutic approach, favoring the case study as a research strategy. Participants were four tenured teachers from pre-kindergarten and kindergarten levels. Collection techniques-such as focus group, non-participant observation, play workshops and semi-structured interview-were applied. It was found that in order to enhance skills such as teamwork and creativity through the entrepreneurship culture, it was necessary for teachers to start from the needs and interests of their students. It is concluded that the culture of entrepreneurship is an opportunity to empower citizen skills and competencies focused on the integral development of children.
