摘要
From the mycelium of Streptomyces aureofaciens the intracellular inhibitor of RNase Sa was for the first time isolated in our Institute by Mucha et al. [1983]. In connection with a successfull study of RNase Sa we returned to this problem after several years. By modifying the original procedure, suggested by Mucha, somewhat different results were obtained, which are presented in this article. In the purification process an electrophoretically pure protein of M(r) 13 000 was obtained. Its amino acid composition and some physico-chemical properties were determined.
