摘要：

This paper summarizes central points and the background details of the so-called expert research paper on psychotherapy training, as well as summarizing scientific and political responses to the paper. The initial diverging expectations of psychotherapists and politics became increasingly modified, so that the way was paved for university-based psychotherapy training.
