摘要
A theoretical interpretation is given of the fine structure of the low-energy target current spectrum (TCS) of the Fe (001) surface. The calculations took into account the influence of energy dependences: bulk band energy levels broadening and density of nonoccupied electronic states to which electrons come when entering a solid. The calculation results are compared with the available experimental and theoretical data.
