摘要
Allele frequencies for the 15 STR loci included in the AmpFlSTR((R)) Identifiler(TM) PCR Amplification Kit panel from Applied Biosystems (D3S1358, vWA, FGA, D8S1179, D21S11, D18S51, D5S818, D13S317, D7S820, TH01, TPOX, CSF1PO, D19S433, D2S1338, D16S539) and several statistical parameters were estimated from a sample of 425 unrelated individuals representing all ethnic groups in Morocco (Berbers, Arabs and Sahraouis). DNA was extracted from blood samples, by the DNA IQ(TM) System and the PCR products were typed using an ABI PRISM 310 Genetic Analyzer (Applied Biosystems). The results were analyzed using GeneMapper ID v3.2 software (Applied Biosystems) and the values of heterozygosity, polymorphic information content (PIC), power of discrimination (PD), power of exclusion (PE), Typical Paternity Index (TPI) and matching probability (MP) were calculated.
