摘要：

This article refers to the relations between the party and the people as one of the core problems of political life in modern Vietnam that reflects the essence and goals of the Communist Party. Some factors both positive, that help these relations to develop, and negative that hamper them thus influencing the formation and development of these relations, are analysed too. As a result of the study the author recommends few measures aiming to support, strengthen the positive factors and neutralize, overcome negative ones. This approach should consolidate relations between the Communist Party and the people of Vietnam.
