摘要
The policy of the EU and the national government as well as their role in development of the organic farming is very significant - the state policy and financial support is considered to be one of the most important factors affecting establishment and development of the organic farms. This article deals with support impact on the economical indicators of the different faming type organic farms. Various methods were used in order to find out how support schemes influence farming results. Data of the organic farms from the Lithuanian Farm Accountancy Data Network (FADN) in 2007-2009 was used for this goal. Empirical results show that during this period the largest ecological subsidy per 1 Litas Total Output was received by specialist cereal and mixed cropping farms, while the least one - by specialist dairying and mixed livestock, mainly grazing livestock farms. The research results revealed distribution peculiarities among different farming types. These results may be efficiently applied in preparation for the new programming period of the EU Common Agricultural Policy as well as in modelling of specific measures to encourage a particular farming type. The changes of farm specialisations may be successfully influenced with help of direct and compensation payments.
