摘要
The aim of this research was to reveal the extent that participation in an adventure camp specifically designed for adults with brain injury, has a positive and meaningful influence on their psycho-social rehabilitation as well as improvements in their quality of life. The experiences of nine campers were gathered using observation, semi-structured interviews, and audio-visual material review. In order to measure the possible change and long-term effects, the QOLIBRI instrument was utilized as a pre and post measure. The findings are discussed in two sections: (1) group analyses of the quality of life measurement, and (2) qualitative results. This study provided a better understanding of adventure-based programming.
