摘要：
A new system has been designed and constructed for handling and utilizing a mass spectral data base in personal microcomputer systems. The system was found to function with high efficiency for practical purposes, such as for rule finding and as an automated library searching tool, and can provide the mass spectroscopist with practical and effective tools for personal use in finding rules for fragmentation schemes. Searching operations can be made at any time and anywhere with the system.
