摘要
Supplying quality product is one of privileged conditions to compete in market. Educational Institutions have to advance their quality to raise the power of competition. Therefore, they have to consider requirements of their students who are their customers. Aim of the study, in which expectations of students for educational quality is investigated, is to classify students' requirements by means of Kano model in Department of Forest Industry Engineering of Faculty of Forestry at Karadeniz Technical University. The data of Kano model is collected by the questionnaire. As a result of the analysis of questionnaire, applied 188 students, 20 of 23 requirements are classified as one-dimensional and 3 of them are classified as indifferent. Increasing optional subjects, organizing career days, second foreign language as an optional one in curriculum and academicians attend to the course and tell their knowledge and expectations can be classified as attractive requirements.
