摘要：
Percutaneous or transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) is an alternative to surgical aortic valve replacement in patients with symptomatic severe aortic stenosis who are not candidates for open-heart surgery. We report the prospective registry of consecutive patients undergoing TAVI with Medtronic CoreValve self- expanding valve at a single center, "Instituto Medico de Diagnostico y Tratamiento de Santa Fe", Argentina.
