摘要
Mechanism of generation of complex centres with a large magnetic moment and many spin degrees of freedom, called clusters of polarization, is proposed. The idea is based on remanent disorder in structure of alloys. Conditions of freezing-in of the system of interacting clusters of polarization in (Zn1-xMnx)(3)As-2 are studied.
