摘要
Temperature dependence of enhancement factors for diffusion in dilute alloys is investigated. The method of the estimation of these factors for concentration dependence of diffusion is discussed. The method is checked for V diffusion in dilute Zr-V and V-Zr alloys. The possibility to control the enhancement of diffusion by,the temperature is shown.
