摘要
Resistivity, thermopower and ESR spectra temperature dependencies for (BEDT-TTF)2Cu(N(CN)2]Cl1-XBrX single crystals with different X (0.2 to 0.5) were studied. All these properties evidence phase transition in the sample at 25 K. The low temperature phase is characterized by zero (within experimental uncertainty +/- 0.5 muV/K) thermopower value for X=0.2 sample and very small values for X 0.4 and 0.5 samples.
