摘要
The article substantiates the relevance of the research topic, which comes from the statistics of adolescent delinquency and the survey of young inspectors of juvenile Affairs (OAJ), experiencing difficulties in working with families at risk. An innovative way to solve the problems of a minor is network technology. The authors have developed a conceptual model of the formation of professional competencies of cadets of educational organizations of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia, necessary to work with the family of a juvenile. The model includes elements of professional activity, knowledge related to them and pedagogically effective tools. A key tool in the model was a business game that simulates network technology. The training of cadets of the specified technology on practical classes of social and pedagogical disciplines is offered. The article presents the results of an experiment on the formation of professional competence of cadets, future inspectors of juvenile affairs. The authors assess the level of professional competence of cadets on three criteria. The conclusions noted the positive dynamics of the selected criteria and justified the effectiveness of the developed model.
