摘要
The article deals with materials of scientific research on morphological and molecular and genetic identification of fungi affecting the seeds of grain crops.The focus is on the fungi growing in the grain stored.The seeds of grain crops (Triticum aestivum L., Avena sativa L., Hordeum vulgare L., Zea mays L., Oryza saliva L.) were sampled from granaries of five districts (Talgar, Iii, Karasai, Panfilov and Zhambyl districts) of Almaty Region. The disease agents of fungus etiologyof generaof Ustilago, Clodosporium, Verticillium, Diplodia, Macrosporium, Alternaria, Helminthosporium, Fusarium, Aspergillus, Penicillium, Rhizopus, Mucor were identified, whichaffect safety, quality and safety of grain.
