摘要
Semiactual education with the use of the Technologies of the Information and the Communications (TIC) as educative modality is implemented of systematic and ascending form in the different programs from the education postgraduate in Cuba and the educative collaboration with other countries of Latin America. Under this perspective, the educational-educative process in the schools of Hotel profession, Tourism and Services of the Hospitality is directed to the social transformation of the sector of the tourism, which necessarily implies the planning and execution of tasks of education, educative, practical professionals and of scientific research on the part of the educational ones and the managers of the schools that the use of more efficient technologies includes in order to lift the quality of its professional management. This work is the result of the application of the formative product in CD-ROM Education and tourist development for semiactual education with the use of the TIC developed within the framework of the Agreement of Cooperation CUBA-VENEZUELA with a view to the creation of the Institute of High Studies of Hotel profession and Tourism with soothes in Merida and like part of the graduate Academic Direction. The CD-ROM Education and tourist development owns an agreed structure to the exigencies of the project for which it was created, its design is the result of the study of national and international experiences, as well as of the investigations realised in the Venezuelan system of formation. Its objective is to argue the bond between Education, Development and Society and its incidence in the tourist formation, considering the exigencies of the external and internal surroundings in which the educative processes are developed.
