摘要：
In our study we tried to throw light upon some personal and performance characteristics concerning the perceptive and cognitive of errors types. The research sample consisted of 14 operators from the chemical industry. Performance and evaluative scales and questionnaires were used as the research methods (Bourdon, CFQ - Broadbent, 1982, PSI - Heppner and Petersen, 1982). Significant relationships of personal characteristics to anticipatory behavior regulation, responsibility, looking for changes in problem solving, etc. were found.
