摘要
If the integration of information and communication technologies (ICT) in university education classrooms is to contribute to the development of quality pedagogical processes, education students must have an adequate level of digital competence. Valid and reliable instruments are needed to be able to collect information to test this competence. Our primary objective was to identify the psychometric properties of a questionnaire to measure the level of training in the digital competence of university students in Education Degree Courses based on student self-assessment in line with three dimensions: knowledge of ICT; handling of ICT devices, tools and services; and attitudes towards ICT. The study was carried out on a sample of 656 students from the Faculty of Education of the University of Salamanca and the University of Oporto. The results obtained in the reliability analysis allow us to affirm that the questionnaire is an instrument with appropriate internal consistency, valid for measuring the constructs proposed. The factor analysis explored the factors foreseen, and therefore it can be concluded that the designed questionnaire fits the model proposed in all three dimensions.
