摘要
Four maize fields with the same management practices were sampled four times during 1 year. Spore numbers and percentage of mycorrhizal infection were evaluated to follow mycorrhizal dynamics in relation to some agronomic parameters, soil properties and host plant cycle. Strong mycorrhizal infection was observed in young plants and decreased slowly until plant maturity. Sporulation occurred also at plant maturity but spore numbers decreased drastically through winter and spring. Traditional agricultural practices maintain high spore populations and high mycorrhizal infection in the field. Low input and low disturbance management are discussed.
