DIELECTRIC ANOMALIES IN KH2PO4

New measurements of the low-frequency dielectric response ∊cof multidomain KDP in applied field as low as 35 mV/cm show no sign of the threshold field reported in earlier studies. The dependencies of the initial dielectric constant and domain wall width on temperature are correlated and discussed in terms of thermally activated domain motion.
