摘要
In this work, experimental data on the evolution of pyroelectric and non-pyroelectric currents in pure lead titanate ceramic materials and their modifications with calcium are presented. These data have been obtained for different Ca contents, for several poling fields and at different temperatures, as a function of the frequency. Because of the lack of a uniform distribution of the polarization inside the materials, the response to thermal stimulus depends on which surface is irradiated by the infrared (IR) radiation. This is the reason why the data are presented indicating the face exposed to the radiation. The data are complemented with P - T diagrams and remanent d33 studies. Based on the data obtained, the use of the optimal lead titanate ceramic composition for the sensor is proposed.
