INTERNATIONAL COLLECTIVE AGREEMENTS

International collective negotiation is still an incipient reality, although necessary in the face of the changes imposed in the labor sphere by diverse factors such as globalization, the mundialization of capital, technological advances, the process of integration and the transnationalization of companies. With that, the present article was devoted to the study of this institute, asking about its concept, the norms that give legal basis to its use, the factual factors that drive the necessity of its use and those that present as an obstacle, as well as if it tried to give real examples of its concretization in the phatic plane.
