摘要
The influence of octanol, hexadecanol, lauric acid, and the cationic surfactant N-hexadecylacetyl-N,N-dimethyl-N-isobutanoyl-ethylammonium bromide on the behavior of the surface-active monomer N-hexadecylacetyl-N,N-dimethyl-N-methacryloylethyl-ammonium bromide in a monolayer of it at a water-gas interface was investigated at 293 K. It was suggested that when octanol or lauric acid is introduced into a monolayer of the monomer, phase-separated monolayers are formed, but when hexadecanol or the cationic surfactant is introduced, homogeneous monolayers are formed. This hypothesis is confirmed by an investigation of the kinetics of the radical polymerization of the monomer in mixed monolayers of it.
