摘要：

Giant cell fihroblastoma is a rare type affihroblastic tumour first described as a juvenil Jarm of dermatajihrosarcoma. Although recurrences are common after local surgical resection, metastasis is not reported. In this study, a case ala 5.5 year-old girl child with subcutaneous mass on the anterior side of the thigh is reported. The iminunohl.qac hemic al and his topathologic findings of giant cell fibroblastoma are reported in the light of the current literature.
