Organometallic derivatives of vanadium(III) VL3(1)(L1 = Mes = 2,4,6-Me3C6H2), VL3(2)[L2 = eta-2-C(Mes) = NBu(t)], VL3(3) [L3 = O-C(Mes) = NPh] have been converted either by epoxides or dioxygen to the corresponding oxovanadium(V) and oxovanadium(IV) complexes.
