摘要
In the frame of the present preoccupations around the reform and the administrative modernization, the ethical culture, mainly receives special importance, in which it talks about to his conscious internalization on the part of concrete people that they exert functions decisorias in the organizations of the enterprise scope. The theoretical sustenance is based on the contents of Level (2006), Of Cuesta (2002), Chacon (2005), Valcarcel (2000) and Catala (2002), among others, being made under a interpretativo symbolic approach, through a qualitative methodology, of descriptive type and nonexperimental design, by means of a documentary analysis. In the enterprise function it is observed, the necessity to integrate the values of the democratic coexistence with the institutional values. Thus, within the framework of a ethics of the enterprise administration, the democratic values conform the axis of this last one and they become an orientation proposal, for the attainment of the communal property.
