摘要
The article is devoted to psychological training and prospects of its improvement in the context of professional and personal development of a specialist. It is argued that modern interventions based on the development of past years and being models of the first level or common sense are in demand, but have little effect. The little-known fact that at the end of XX century variability of its interpretation, low interest of practice in it and need of reconsideration by psychologists was stated is reminded. The constructiveness of the approach to psychological training based on the interdepartmental model of the second level and consisting in the integral concept of professional and personal development of the trained specialist is proved. Its theoretical and methodological foundations are a continuous cycle of system-situational analysis of the difficulties of the tasks performed, as well as the development and implementation from certain positions of multi - level recommendations for their accounting in the systems of professional psychological selection, training and advanced training, other types of training, specialized psychophysical training under the guidance of an instructor-an experienced professional and psychologist.
