摘要
The proposed article discusses the issue of how to stimulate self-learning when teaching a foreign language (German). The term "self-learning" is defined. The main features of self-learners of foreign language are highlighted. Teaching concepts are proposed to support the process of self-acquisition of language knowledge. Advice is given on acquiring skills for self-learning.
