摘要
In the scientific literature about Archaeology of Death and Burial, it is common to use terms taken from Physical Anthropology for the description and definition of burials, since in more than one occasion these terms are used wrong and they become ambiguous or incorrect. Therefore, the purpose of this essay is to define and clarify the meaning of the concepts in order to establish a universal terminology and to make the funeral remains more objective.
