摘要：
Twelve children suffering from acrodermatitis papulosa are described. Eleven children developed a skin form of the disease without liver involvement; one girl aged 3.5 years suffered from a grave liver involvement (jaundice). Functional liver tests yielded normal values 4 months after the disease onset. The same period was associated with focal hair loss eventuating in subtotal alopecia; two months later hair growth recovered.
