摘要：
The article examines the historical evolution of the institution of the extraterritorial validity of the right. The author shows that one of the main causes of changes in the classical views on sovereignty is a right, as more and more for the development of the world economy requires the ability to cross-border activities of contracts, general corporate regulations, judicial decisions taken in one country or another.
