摘要：
The following pages present a set of considerations regarding the dietary habits in the most populated region of Argentina, Buenos Aires and its surroundings, together with a number of comments about their establishment. We won't try to go to find an identity notion that goes beyond the latter perimeter, the logical steps of any process that involves identity: recognizing a set of attributes as an entity's own and tracked down in another. The question is, of course, in the constituency of those attributes.
