摘要
The paper presents the results associated with the ultrastructure of synapses and axons in the rabbit spinal cord after their experimental effect. Some ultrastructural changes are estimated qualitatively in a rather great number of electronograms achieved in our study. In the ethylic material the presynaptic matrix was conspicously clear. The synaptic vesicles were concentrated in aggregates. The synaptic vesicles were rather small, circular and spherical as well. Occurence of the synapses with dark synaptic vesicles was quite rare. In the ischaemic material no change in the presynaptic synaptoplasm has been observed. On the other hand, an increased reproduction in mitochondria was noted though. In the estimation of the ethylic material the changes in axons were also studied. In big axons the axoplasm appeared to be a compact mass with an increased number of neurofilaments. The axon myelinic sheath was changing in contrast to the normal material in the form of slight irregular fibrillation. The axoplasm in smaller axons was vacuolized and in some axons the membraneous lamellar axoplasmatic inclusions were noted. In the ischaemized material there were no changes in the ultrastructure of axons when compared with the ethylic material.
