An interpolational Bayesian method for estimating reliability

摘要：
Within the framework of the Bayesian approach, a method for the point estimation of the reliability of products is proposed; the meth od is based on the data of independent trials and it takes into account of a priori information. This method generalizes the results [Avtomat. Telemekh., No. 8, 178-186 (1993)] which have been obtained with no a priori information. As an example, estimates of the reliability of products are cited for ''classical'', i.e., binomial and censored, plans of their tests.
