摘要
Induced magnetic anisotropy in Co-Si-B metallic glasses has been investigated by changing both the Co content or the relative amounts of Si and B in the samples. The anisotropy was induced by applying an stress and/or a magnetic field when annealing was carried out by an electrical current flowing through the sample. The obtained results show that the content of metalloids greatly influence the magnitude of the induced magnetic anisotropy. © 1990.
