摘要：
Generalized formulae for the reflection and absorption coefficients of electromagnetic radiation in metallic multilayer films are given, where the skin effect (anomalous for high frequencies) and the electron scattering at the external film surface and at the interfaces between layers are taken into account. Resulting from this scattering, the oscillatory nature of the reflection and absorption spectra and the increase in absorption with decreasing structural modulation wavelength are observed.
