摘要
In dispatching activity, alongside with the basic function of technological process inspection, a significant place is taken up by decision-making in real-time management of gas streams in gasmain pipelines. Currently the most important thing in decision-making is the personnel qualification because no support software for decision-making has been developed yet. However, new ways of solving such problems have become possible with application of elements of the fuzzy-set theory combined with the theory of experiment planning. The dispatcher's task is processing input information and formation of transport flows taking into account seasonal and daily changes as well as efficient performance of the system. To solve this task it is necessary to analyze conditions of transport flows at different sections of the whole gas pipeline and redistribute the flows. The goal of this article is to reveal the basic factors of the information monitoring system in formation of gas-transport streams in the main-gas pipelines.
