TRAINING OF TEACHERS UNIVERSITY. THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL CONCEPTIONS

The educational formation of the university teachers constitutes a priority for numerous states and international organizations such as the Organization of the United Nations for the Education, the Science and the Culture (UNESCO). The formation of the educational university student is conceived as the base to obtain the quality and the excellence of the system of superior education. It explains the shared interest between pedagogues and politicians to establish main lines for the projection and implementation of the formation of the university teacher as a basic activity of the academic measure.
